I've always been fascinated by photography, both the technical side and the artistry of using light and composition to tell a story. Seattle is home, but travel is my true passion, and over the years it has taken me to 29 countries across six continents. Some of my favorite shots have come from simply sitting at a cafe with a coffee in hand, slowing down and letting a place reveal itself. I love capturing moments of both people and places, from the energy of live events to the quiet details of somewhere new. Whether it's an iconic landmark or the unique spirit of a place, I'm always looking for the shot that tells the real story. Some shots find you. I just try to be in the right place, paying attention.
